As a company wide policy, we do not issue refunds.
The precautions we take to make our clients aware of our refund policy is to have each client receive our standard client agreement alongside our company privacy consent form.
Section 4C states that monies are non-refundable.
We do comply with Australian consumer law which states that we are not required to give refunds if a client changes their mind about the service. Please see our this ACCC policy below.
